Community Arts program manager Deb Boykin talks with Bruce Andrews, executive director of the Shelby County Arts Council. They discuss the role of SCAC in creating a vibrant presence for the arts in the county, including art classes, exhibits, a performance series, and a partnership with the Alabama Writer’s Forum to sponsor a creative writing program in the Montevallo Middle School.
